Weapons Profile: Ingalls X80 SMG

 It’s a simple truth, Agent: when you need real stopping power, there's no substitute for putting a lot of bullets into a guy. The more the merrier, I say, and the Ingalls X80 submachinegun is a very merry weapon indeed. The Agency doesn't issue the X80 to raw Agents, but the gun has been seen in the hands of numerous Los Muertos gang members, so you ought to be able to find one in the field. When you find one, bring it in to an Agency supply depot—the quartermaster will store it, and you’ll be able to use it whenever you like.

The X80 is compact, but features an extendable stock for accuracy over longer distances. Although it isn't designed for long-range use, the X80's prominent forward sight is quite serviceable, and you should have no trouble putting all your rounds into your intended target if you just take a moment to aim. If you're a little trigger-happy, though, and cause civilian casualties, you'll earn a stiff reprimand. And I'm not talking just a verbal reprimand, Agent—forms will be filled out and entered in your permanent record!

So keep your eyes peeled and see if you can score one of these sweet little numbers. And if you manage to pick up a few spares, I hear they make excellent Christmas gifts.
