Weapons Profile: The Watson HE79 ‘Grenadier’

Let’s talk those special moments when you say, “I need that hillside to go BOOM in three seconds!” Let’s talk about the Watson HE79 Grenadier. This powerful weapon is the envy of every Volk and Los Muertos recruit. The damage done is boosted by your Explosives skill and the weapon is impressively accurate at both short and long-range. You could take out an entire rooftop with one carefully placed line drive, or, if you’re feeling playful, you could lob a grenade behind a group of enemies and, as they run for their lives, shoot another one right at their feet. You’ll most likely come across your first Grenadier at Rodrigo’s lair, the Sportiz Fitness Center in La Mugre. Filled with sixteen of the most powerful grenades you’ll ever see, you’ll be taking out criminals that are just dots on your HUD. You’ll be surprised by how far those little grenades will go (and how far the gang members will fly when the grenades start going off)!
